Feature wise, Samsung SGH-i450 is very good. It has got some very interesting features. The phone comes with 25 MB of user memory. The phonebook can store 1000 contacts. The phone also supports a calendar and a scheduler to remind you of all your appointments and meetings without any delay.The battery life of the phone is good. It gives you the talk time of 4 hours on 3G and 7 hours on 2.5G and the standby time is 330 hours on 3G and 350 hours on 2.5G.Connectivity options on the Samsung i450 include tri-band GSM support (900/1800/1900MHz) and WCDMA on the 2100MHz band. Data speeds up to 3.6Mbps, thanks to HSDPA, and Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP support for stereo headsets is also included.
Design
Samsung SGH-i450 is not a very light phone with the dimensions of 101 x 52 x 17.9 mm and the weight of 104.5 grams with the battery set. The screen is 2.4? with the high resolution of 240 x 320 pixels with 262K colors.
Executive Features
The phone has the connectivity options of E-mail, GPRS and WAP. It is supported with Bluetooth and USB connector too. One thing missing over here is the WiFi. The phone does not support WiFi which does not allow you to use internet when you are not connected leaving you strangled if you need to send some important data.
Entertainment Features
For all you people who like to click snaps whenever possible, but hate to carry a separate camera along with you! Samsung SGH-i450 is a very good option. It sports a 2 megapixels camera. One thing that goes amiss over here is the auto focus option. Though, the camera takes pretty good pictures but when it takes pictures of moving objects they come out quite blurred. Otherwise all the functions of the camera are good. For your entertainment it also has Built-in mic and speaker with ring tone supported formats. Now you can download end number of ring tones of your choice and set them for different callers.The music player works outstandingly. The in built speakers are very good. You also have FM radio in the phone. Now you will never be away from your favorite music.
The good:
The Samsung SGH-i450 has an attractive design with a bright display. Its music player has an easy-to-use interface and ergonomic controls, and its call and music quality was quite good.
The bad:
The Samsung SGH-i450 has flat navigation controls and keypad buttons. Also, its camera took poor photos.
The bottom line:
It can’t pass muster as a camera phone, but as a quality music handset the Samsung SGH-i450 more than holds its own.
